I've tried different flavors and different types but the original milk chocolate is the best. When I'm in a hurry and don't have time to make something to eat, ensure keeps me from getting hungry for 2-3 hours until I can get something to eat. My husband got me some Ensure Coffee Latte & I put it in my feeding tube for the nutrition I needed during that time. I still have an Ensure daily for the nutrition. I needed a nutritional supplement and I assumed that I would be using Glucerna, or something similar. As I get older, I know the importance of getting enough protein and quite often my schedule doesn't permit a complete meal. For this reason, I keep Butter Pecan Ensure handy both at work and home. I wish the higher protein Ensure were also available in the Butter Pecan flavor and larger multi-packs at local stores.
