[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been drinking Ensure for about 8 years. I've tried all of the original flavored and the BEST one to me is the Butter Pecan! I drink it as is or I add vanilla ice cream and make a shake. I've even added to coffee as a creamer and added as to frosting or cake mix! I love to cook and I'm always experimenting..... So with that being said the ideas of things to make are endless with any of your flavor. So go out and enjoy Ensure!

After retiring I developed throat cancer. For about four months I was using Ensure through a feeding tube. That was ten years ago. I lost a lot of weight during the illness, so my doctors suggested I use Ensure to add calories to my diet. I used Ensure Plus, four servings a day until I got my weight back. Since that time I have used the product to maintain my ideal weight. I have tried other meal replacements, Ensure tastes better than the others. The new packaging is great.

I love Ensure, for the taste. I've been drinking it since I was a kid. I don't have any ailments that require that I drink it, and I don't drink it to lose weight. I drink it because it's delicious. The only thing I wish they'd change, is just to add more nutrients to it. More fiber and more protein, mainly. If they did that, I would drink it more often. But as it is now, it's just a treat for me.

It was later recommended to me when I was going through chemotherapy. I was able to say I was already drinking it every morning. I have been taking it for years as a helpful supplement to nutrition.
