[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I keep Ensure, milk or dark chocolate at my bedside. By starting my day drinking it, I know I am getting the nutrition I need. It tastes great and I don’t have to think about what to eat, nor do I have to cook anything. As an older person with low level diabetes, this makes my day start off easily. It also means I can get out of bed a little later.

She usually drinks 2 each day and has done so for probably at least 10 years. She shakes it up, and she then looks forward to drinking it. It is one of her mainstays. She is constantly checking on its whereabouts either at our house or at her assisted living facility. At least 2-3 must be kept in the refrigerator for ready use and at least 1-6 pack close at hand. It was a really hard time for me, but having a delicious drink made the process a lot easier. I grew to like Ensure- a lot! The dark chocolate flavor was/is definitely my favorite! Now, as a healthy athlete, I’ve found that Ensure a great way to replenish my energy after a run or on the go. It’s still just as delicious and nutritious. I’m truly thankful that Ensure has been there to help me through the different stages of my life, and now can help me fuel my goals as a runner!

The story be told, the truth of this product is amazing, my mom is 87 years old and has Alzheimer's, when I go to see her at the nursing home and bring her ensure and offer her some to drink her smile amazes me knowing that she loves ensure and is getting what vitamin supplements she needs!

I just started the Ensure original about a week or so ago. I was diagnosed with being borderline anemia. My energy levels are better . I would usually not have bowel movements until about 1 and half weeks. Thankful to Ensure, I am having regular bowel movements everyday if not every other day. Constipation is not an issue. I am looking forward to using this product more each day.

I started with the Milk Chocolate, but enjoyed the Vanilla as well. The Milk Chocolate is delicious and always picks me up.

I highly recommend it. I started drinking it in the hospital after serious surgery. Nurses brought me one or two everyday to supplement my meals.
