[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having bariatric surgery 5 years ago I have the stomach the size of a banana instead of the size of a football that also stretches that we are born with. Therefore I eat very little and have had a hard time getting enouph protein to be up and about much less being active. I'm unable to drink protein drinks for the whey affects me greatly. Since I started drinking an Ensure on a daily basis, sometimes two/day, I feel so much better, look better and am able to be very active. Having a horse ranch I need to be active and Ensure ensures that I do. My wife always knows the difference from day to day if I've had an Ensure or not, not just from being more active and energetic but from my looks.
