When my mother-in-law fell ill and did not eat much I took her some Ensure. She loved it and said the taste was great and not thick. Now she asks me to take her Ensure. I do and am happy she likes it as she is getting stronger every day.

After each surgery I was able to eat, so my daughter got worried about me, and had me to drink Ensure three times a day. Boy when I tasted your vanilla flavor, I fall in love with it. I still as of today drink two bottles a day. It makes me feel so good. My daughter, granddaughter, and grass in also drinks Ensure daily. It is a bit expense for me, due to go out people drinking it, but it is worth it to me. I think God that my daughter introduced me to this product. I have tried other products and they don't give you the satisfying taste or fullness quite like equate does. I'm always looking to up my vitamin and protein levels, I was getting maybe 10-15mg a day a average female requires 70mg, think that over. I was feeling so unhealthy when I started and now I feel full off life... it works...

I find that it is a little rich for me so my son suggested I try Strawberry, which is what he drinks. I like it just fine. I would recommend Original Ensure for its taste. Have tried other Ensure but did not like them.

Although I lost 60 pounds within a few months and was dehydrated, my blood work showed I was not malnourished. This was ONLY due to Ensure! Now that I am on the recovery, one Ensure daily continues to provide me with the nutritional support I need on a heavily restrictive diet.
