This product has protein, minerals and vitamins. I feel better knowing she is getting the nutrition she needs. It's available in ready to drink bottles which is very convenient. My mom loves the butter pecan and the strawberry flavor the best. She is 91 years old and currently in an assisted living facility. My family makes sure she has ensure daily.

I've been made a blended smoothie out of it for an added twist. And it is great heated up in the winter for a nice hot coca drink but full of nutrients!! Ensures make it so that I never have to crash. I drink an Ensure every morning on my way to work, and I always carry an extra bottle with me, for in the event that I start to feel shaky after work. When I was pregnant, I would wake up in the middle of the night starving, and a bottle of Dark Chocolate Ensure was the only thing that could settle my tummy, and get me back to sleep. To be honest, I still wake up sometimes, but now, I go get my own Ensure, rather than sending my husband for it. ;)
