It was recommended to me after I had surgery & needed to increase my protein intake. Vanilla & strawberry are delicious as well, but chocolate is my favorite. I highly recommend this product!

If you want to ENSURE ,( no pun intended ) you get your extra vitamins and minerals, and do it while drinking a very tasty drink, this is your product!This is not like your typical protein shake. My Uncle loves the Ensure milkshakes but chocolate is his favorite flavor. People have told us to put ice cream with it and some ice and make him a “true milkshake” and we are like why he loves them just like they are! We give him at least 2 a day to make sure that he is getting the nutrients that his body needs.

I have over 20+ medical conditions and 20+ medications to take daily, including an oral chemotherapy, so I have days were food is the last thing on my mind. I have tried the Butter Pecan and Strawberry Ensure, and they are so delicious I have a hard time passing on a quick ice cold shake. It is excellent if for some reason your diet is restricted or there is an eating problem. It can easily take the place of a meal or simply act as a supplement. The benefits can be felt and seen almost immediately. You start to feel better and can start to function normally. I would highly recommend this product. I have tried several of similar products that are on the market and found Ensure far superior in taste and better for your overall health.
