I feel it was an essential part of my recovery and healthy part of my on going maintenance. It had been difficult to get the nutrients I needed on a daily basis but Ensure vanilla has made that task much easier. Even on the days when my appetite is low it is easy to drink an Ensure. I find that it is a little rich for me so my son suggested I try Strawberry, which is what he drinks. I like it just fine. I would recommend Original Ensure for its taste. Have tried other Ensure but did not like them.

My mum who now has slight memory lost and is bed ridden is depending on Ensure to boost her energy and as a in between meal supplement.
