we are very pleased with the Ensure . We have one at noon with as applewith a little peanut but , I do not get very hungery in th afternoon.

As I live alone I don't always eat enough to keep my energy up. These are a good way to fill the voids.

I don't have a normal appetite because of stomach issues. Ensure gives me the nutritional value I need. It doesn't irritate my stomach and taste good. My favorite is the milk chocolate.

I absolutely love the vanilla ensures. I would like to try the banana nut or the pecan flavors but I haven't been able to find them in stores. I haven't received a sample but I purchase the vanilla ensures Religiously! I try to drink one with each meal. I buy the big box again before I run out of them because theyre that good and beneficial!

I would like to see dark chocolate added to the flavor list
