[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ensure was about the only thing I could hold down while on Tarceva. Once I was off of that drug I still drank 1/4 cup each morning. I've since upped that to 1/2 cup at breakfast and 1/2 cup at dinner. I added the dinner drink because my G.P. thought it might help me gain some much needed weight. For me, maintaining a good weight has been hard during this cancer journey.

I love the taste, and the way it makes me feel. I much prefer Ensure to vitamin pills, which are often hard to swallow. I am convinced that it is the best way for me to get the vitamins and minerals I need, and my doctor agrees. It is a great product, and I recommend it to everyone. I love the vanilla flavor, but strawberry and chocolate are also good. I have been very pleased with this product and will continue to use it in the future.

I lost 23 lbs and had absolutely no energy. I began home physical therapy and the only way i could get through the day was to drink Ensure. At 82 pounds she need all the nutrition she can get. She still eats tiny meals, and snacks, but ensure makes me feel better knowing shes getting essentials her body needs. She loves it with ice cream as a milkshake too!!! Even her adult day care facility uses Ensure!!!!

It sure would have been nice if the label told me there was caffeine in these, I am allergic and have had a terrible couple of days as a result. I had dental surgery and thought this was going to help as my meal replacement, instead, it made things much worse. If a person looks hard on the website they can find out it is in there, but it is not clearly labelled. thanks alot.
