It absolutely has the best flavor and perfect texture and weight, feels and tastes like a shake. I recently went on a road trip vacation with my daughter and made sure to bring 10 days worth of ensure with me. I am 89 years old, my appetite has waned with my age. When not terribly hungry but need a little something Ensure is my go to everytime.

Once I enrolled in college I decided that I was tired of being called Slim, Skinny, Anorexic, and the list goes on.... Then a friend told me about ensure, and how it helped him gain weight, and how he feels much healthier now. So I tried ensure and it really does work! I started to put on pounds within the first 2 weeks of taking it. My only downfall was that after a month or two I could no longer afford it and my weight started to decrease again. I also would use it as a smoothie by adding fruit in a blender. It helped me keep muscle mass and now I drink it for lunch since I am always on the go.

My mother would like here almost like a slushy. Its like a drink you can savor and take your time with. Now that they are in bottle form, it's more convenient. I also give it to my husband as he is terminally ill and needs the extra vitamins and protein. He prefers the dark chocolate instead of the vanilla I like.
