I teach Exercise and Line dancing classes at St. Pete Beach Recreation Center twice a week, and Line Dancing at a Senior Residence, Westminster Palms located in downtown St. Petersburg, FL once a week. I love it and my students worship me. My doctors say to keep it up Carol. I will. Ensure gives me the extra dip in my hip and hep in my step I need to be able to enjoy teaching my classes without any problems.

I've been drinking Ensure Original for at least 6 or 7 years. I love it. It hard on my budget, that's why I get the original-for the price. It is a bit cheaper, I love the chocolate flavor as well. I don't take any other vitamins. It's a great supplement.

Much healthier than candy or an energy drink. I enjoy the taste of the dark chocolate flavor the best.

I was recently in the hospital after a car accident suffering multiple broken bones. I have ensure in my fridge. The expiration date is a year from now. I shook a bottle before opening it, the seal was not broken. As I was about to take a drink I noticed an orange colored smudge on the mouth of the bottle. It is rust from the metal on the lid.
