[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I add a about a quarter of a cup to my cold cereal every single morning. The cereal that I consume is no-sweet so the vanilla flavor mixed with the skim milk is just right. Mixes well and adds the nutritional boost that I am looking for. After breakfast I can enjoy the rest of the bottle as I choose, with a snack, lunch or dinner. I've used chocolate before and it is also tasty! Thanks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] product makes sure I get the nutrients I need. I am 83 and do not eat enough so this helps me stay healthy. I also give it to my husband as he is terminally ill and needs the extra vitamins and protein. He prefers the dark chocolate instead of the vanilla I like.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Ensure for several years now. At the ripe ole age of 73 I don't always have the energy to prepare meals so find my self not eating as well as I should and Ensure helps balance out my poor eating habits. It's favorable and gives me nutrition.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I buy Ensure for my 94 year old mother-in-law. She has lost interest in much other food and we are always trying to tempt her with new treats. But she always accepts an Ensure. To quote her directly:"Have I told you how good these are? Do you want one?" This is GREAT!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work an early shift, I don't have time to make a full breakfast. I grab a refrigerated strawberry Ensure and enjoy the delicious drink on my drive to work. It's smooth, rich flavor hits the spot and fills me up until my brunch time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband has one of these every day and loves the dark chocolate flavor. The only downside is that other people must like this flavor as well since our grocer is out of stock on this flavor a lot of the time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the original vanilla flavor ensure great taste both room temperature and cold, but the sad thing about it is that they are expensive, only can buy them every few months and only the individual six pack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm currently in a weight loss program that requires us to have a meal replacement shake in between breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I have not had Ensure previous to the program and have decided to give it a try. I am so happy to have found the BEST nutritional shake and I truly believe it is helping me through out my weight loss journey. It has been 13 weeks since I've started the program and have lost 65 lbs! I truly believe Ensure played a part in my success. My favorite flavor is Strawberry but all of their flavors are delicious!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great option for me; which helps maintain my weight when I do not eat enough or unable to eat at all. I have a great deal of Medical Appointments so, it is great for me if I do not get to eat my Meals on Schedule.
