I'm a long distance runner, and need to add healthy, beneficial calories and nutrients to my diet when I increase my mileage. Ensure has allowed me to do that. I bought a case of Ensure Max with 30 grams of protein. Unfortunately, I had so much trouble opening each carton, that I could not enjoy the beverage. I actually had to use a wrench to open each carton, and that ended up destroying the top and causing leaks. It's a joke that Ensure is marketed to the elderly because very few will even be able to open it. I will never buy Ensure Max protein again until I can be sure the manufacturer will fix those tops.
