I have recovered and regained the lost weight. At 88 years of age, I am able to garden, maintain my lawn and many other chores. I still drink one several times each week after doing the above chores. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband drinks one of these every night. he loves the Strawberry. what we do is put it in the freezer about 3 hours before he wants to drink it and it comes out frozen, he then wraps a paper towel around it for about 15-30 minutes and when he is ready he shakes the product and it gets real slushy and he loves it.
