Feeling better she is able to do more things for herself and I feel it has given her a boost of confidence. So I feel she will be drinking it for a good time to come. Glad we had her try it.

I attended the senior sneaker athletic programs 4 times a week, care for my own large yard, volunteer helping others on a regular basis and am in good health, thanks for the help Ensure, and I am only 88 years young.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I follow a schedule when I eat. I start eating at 8am and eat every two hours stopping at 4 (or 5pm latest). I often times take snacks with me in case I am out when I am due to eat. I went to my moms house and forgot about lunch. She knows I like to eat healthy and she offered me one of her Ensure Coffee Latte drinks. I normally stay away from sugar and dairy but I a pinch, this was the healthiest option I had, and I must say that it was very delicious and I love the amount of protein offered. This is def. something I would recommend and I am thankful for my mom introducing me to this.

Although it’s the only flavor I really really like, I do like it a lot so haven’t gotten tired of it yet. 1 thing that I do wish was easier is finding how many ounces of Ensure would be recommended as part of my daily diet.

The hospital made it very important that I drank an Ensure with every meal. I am on my own now and doing good! I thank Ensure as it is still in my diet. I enjoy having a cold Ensure replacing my lunch . It has a great taste and gives me the energy and vitamins I need and helps control my weight .

The other flavors are great tasting and provide my aging body with healthful benefits I might not otherwise get in my diet. Ensure is an easy way to add calories and needed vitamins. My husband enjoys the taste, and Ensure is so easy for my husband to drink when he doesn't feel like eating! And the different flavors give him a nice variety.
