I get her 4 six packs at a time and keep her supplied. She had been losing weight and the extra calories and nutrients have helped to put some pounds back on.

It helps me maintain the weight that I need to stay active and the vitamins and protein to stay healthy. The chemo tolerates the Ensure with no problems and I wouldn't be without it. So I thought I would try some since I am so thin and only eat tv dinners since Ron was the cook for 11 years. I look terrible since I was thin to begin with. I went to the doctor to ask for B12 shots. They were very expensive and my insurance company will not pay for the shots. I will be 77 years old in a few months. So they gave me some samples of Ensure and Boost. I liked the taste, I thought it was going to taste like medicine. I was pleasantly surprised so I bought some.

Ensure is an easy way to add calories and needed vitamins. My husband enjoys the taste, and Ensure is so easy for my husband to drink when he doesn't feel like eating! And the different flavors give him a nice variety.

I've been drinking ensure for years and I like it, but it tastes different and I can't remember the last time I looked at the ingredient list. Did it change in the last 6 months for the Original Vanilla flavor? Are the oils or something else different?
