Know this is healthy for me, and will not increase my weight. I make sure it is always chilled, which makes it perfect to drink during hot summer days. Very tasty anytime.

I have only been drinking Ensure for a short time, but I can already tell that I feel better, and have more energy for the things that I enjoy. Unfortunately, i got terribly sick after one shake, it rather triggered my migraine attack and the end was not very comfortable at all. Its amazing at growing muscle but those migraine headache sufferers out there, its too dangerous perhaps due to the artificial sweetener thats a trigger if not for that id be on this ensure everyday
