I am a two time cancer survivor and also have osteoarthritis. I feel great, however, and do believe that drinking Ensure has contributed to my overall well-being.

My mother would like here almost like a slushy. Its like a drink you can savor and take your time with. Now that they are in bottle form, it's more convenient. I worked in the nursing profession nights 10 hour shifts and spent many a night not being able at times to enjoy our night dinner break. I started drinking Ensure and found that I had more energy. I buy them weekly I also love the powder form cause you can add like bananas. I'm in love with it. Instead of an energy drink. If you need something cold just freeze them and eat them like that especially in summer time.
