It gives me the energy I need to motivate me to do the things that need to be done. I have Have taken it for years,. It seemed like a good way to start the day & get most of the nutrients that we need while watching our diets through the day. My husband started to lose weight while I gained but found out that it was bc I got pregnant. I confirmed with my Dr. that it would be good to continue and kept going. We love it and wouldn't trade it for anything.

When that was removed the doctor suggested drinking at least one Ensure daily to try to get my weight and strength back. That was 5 years ago and I have been drinking Ensure with lunch ever since.
