This is actually the fourth, yes, 4th, Tramontina Dutch oven I’ve purchased! I bought one for myself and absolutely loved it! Then purchased one for each of my daughters and they loved theirs! I’ve now purchased a fourth for my niece and she will love it! It’s every bit as good as Le Creuset but costs far less!

I do a lot of slow cooking, so my mom got me one of these a month ago for my birthday. I was a bit concerned about how often I would actually use it and where I would be able to store it due its size and heft. After using it once for brisket I completely fell head over heals in love with it; and all concerns fell away. I got 4 uses out of it and on the 5th use while heating it, I heard a loud ¡¡POP!! Some of the interior enamel bursted off. I called my mom, she said it came from Sam's Club but no longer had the receipt. I decided to call Tramontina and they emailed me a shipping label and I dropped it off at a FedEx and it's been less than a week, but they are already sending me a new one. So even though I had a problem with the pot, I do love it and they hold true to their warranty and it's been easy to acquire a replacement. I understand manufacturing flaws happen, but I love the Tramontina brand and they really came through. I can't wait for the new one to arrive.

The enamel comes off while cooking and you don’t realize it until you have eaten the food and cleaned it. That’s not healthy. I wish I could return it but too late. Why are they allowed to keep selling these items. I don’t really care for many things that members mark makes, except for essential products.

I got the Dutch oven in red for Christmas and just love it! You can't go wrong with this pot! It heats evenly, retains heat and it can be on stove top and oven. Hand washing is a breeze. I use one of those flat rubber pot scrubbers and cleans beautifully. Read directions. Do not use a hand mixer. It is enameled cast iron so you need some muscles, as with all cast iron pot. Especially when filled with beef stew, roasts , chili or soups. Buying some for the kids at Christmas. Oh! The price is unbelievable! If you compare to any other enameled cast iron pot, it can be upwards of $200-$300!

I ordered the Blue one and it was prettier in person than what it looked like online. It came perfectly packed. I recommend keeping the black rubber spacers for storage when the pot is not in use. I used it to slow cook beef short ribs and they came out perfectly. I recommend this crockpot.

Used according to temp. guidelines to bake bread and it showed cracks in enamel inside and discoloration on outside. Tramontina cust. service said baking bread was considered dry use and since i didn't add oil or something to bottom of pot I had voided the warranty. Bought Jan 2025. They let themselves out of honoring warranty. There were no instructions or warnings about bread baking could damage pot enamel. And pictures show bread baking as a feature. Who adds oil to pot you are baking bread in?

I've been needing a good Dutch oven for our vacation home, but didn't want to spend the whole bank account on the "French" version. This pot was highly rated by America's Test Kitchen in its earlier form, so I figured, how bad could it be in its new design? I'm not disappointed! It's heavy, has a roomy floor for browning food, the 6.5 quart volume is perfect for soups and stews. And it's very attractive! I'm very happy with this purchase.

I was interested in this Dutch Oven because of the price, it was the lowest I've seen. Before I decided to buy I checked the reviews and saw that many people loved it. Based off the reviews and price I bought one and I can say it was a great purchase. I use it almost every night. I would HIGHLY recommend getting one!!

It's not a Le Creuset, but for everyday use it pretty darn good for a very, very reasonable price. I let my lady friend use it & may never get it back. It's great for soups, roast, well anything you use a Dutch oven for. Key thing is to make sure that lid fits flat & dose not rock.

This is a beautiful Dutch Oven. Cooking in it is so easy and the clean up is great also. The only drawback is this is a HEAVY pot. When you put a roast and vegetables in there to cook in the oven, sometimes you might need a little muscle to remove it from the oven. Overall it's a great piece of cooking pottery.
