We purchased this dutch oven for our friend here at work. She put it on her wish list for her birthday and she LOVED it!! The price was really good too!!

I have used several times and now the lid has rusty all along the rim. Very disappointed with quality. Too late to return. Will call about the warranty.

The pot is not the color as shown in picture. I ordered purple (same color as last year), it is a totally different color purple as shown on website and as last year.

Great ovens and as good as the other brands 4 times the price. I wouldn't hesitate recommending to anyone. I've bought 4 of these Dutch Ovens over the last 20 years. Great for baking bread.

Very satisfied with my purchase. Depth allows frying without splatter. Heats evenly. Have cooked a pot roast, fried chops so far with great results.

I hardly give reviews, but I decided to write something down this time around at least to save another customer from losing their money. Please believe every review here, despite all the negative feedback I decided to purchase it with the intention of being careful in handling it. I bought this 7-inch Tramontina Dutch oven from Sam's Club. I ordered it on November 23, 2022, and it was delivered on November 26, 2022. When I got it, I decided to boil water in it to help clean it before using it. After the water was cooled, I saw this rust on the rims of both the lid and the pan after the first use. I tried cleaning it, but the rust stain wouldn’t go away. Please don't waste your money and buy this, run away from it

Cooks just as good as the expensive ones. I have made many things in it in the 3 weeks that I've owned it including, country style ribs, pot roast, marshmallow crisp treats, & potato soup. Sprayed with non-stick spray, NOTHING has stuck to it. Absolutely a breeze to clean up.

It says that it is Oven safe up to 450 F° and 232 C° and Compatible with gas, electric, ceramic glass and induction cooktops. I used it on an electric range once (medium) and it burned off a section of the ceramic. Not the whole area that was on the burner. Just an odd area. Now I'm afraid to use it at all.

Just bought this last night in club, the Latte with Gold Knob. The only two choices was Latte or Black. I haven't used it yet but the information on the box was confusing. It plainly shows the 7qt is an Oval, the 5.5qt is round and comes as a 4 pc set. What's in the box is a 5.5qt round although the box certainly states this is a 7qt. IT IS NOT. After considering the information on the box I decided to check for myself. 6qts of water filled the Dutch Oven slap up and one would never cook soup or a stew,etc. filled to the absolute brim, so I think it's safe to say this is a 5.5qt. I will be returning it because if I'm willing to settle for the 5.5qt, I can order it and get the 4pc set that's included for the same price as this phony 7qt.

I got the Dutch oven in red for Christmas and just love it! You can't go wrong with this pot! It heats evenly, retains heat and it can be on stove top and oven. Hand washing is a breeze. I use one of those flat rubber pot scrubbers and cleans beautifully. Read directions. Do not use a hand mixer. It is enameled cast iron so you need some muscles, as with all cast iron pot. Especially when filled with beef stew, roasts , chili or soups. Buying some for the kids at Christmas. Oh! The price is unbelievable! If you compare to any other enameled cast iron pot, it can be upwards of $200-$300!
