I had been shopping for a cast iron dutch oven for a long time but just couldn't bring myself to pay the high prices. When I saw this one, I did a bit a research and learned Tramontina is a quality brand and the price from Sam's was an amazing deal. It's too soon to determine the durability but so far, it's worked well for cooking and cleans up nicely.

I love the IDEA of this pot. I have used it three times and it cooks well. However, the enamel is not thick enough. It scratches easily and comes off. It rusts around the inner lid. I would likely pay more and get better quality if I had it to do again. Nowhere does it say Tramontina on it.

My Husband bought the Tramontina Enameled Cast Iron 6.5 qt Covered Round Dutch Ove for me in the cobalt color. The item was delivered on time, and it had been packaged really well. I love the color, too. The first time I used it, it cooked my dish beautifully. Great quality for a fraction of the price of the more expensive brands. I highly recommend this product to other customers.

Exceptional value! Enameled Cast Iron Dutch Ovens can be found varying in price from $40-$400. This is the 3 rd Tramontina brand dutch oven i have purchased for myself and for gifts. The quality is excellent, it heats evenly and is easy to clean. The colors are vibrant....and it is inexpensive.

I bought this to start making some roasts instead of using the crock pot. Its perfect!
