It dried out my skin. It actually made the redness worse than before. It contributed only to make my acne worse. So no thank you neutrogena. :(( I wish I could have a refund.

The wash is good but it dries my skin terribly, I used the oil-free foam wash and it was amazing, gentle and did not dry my face. You stopped making it and I'm devastated!!!

Feels gentle at first, but hours after the first use my skin is itching like crazy! What is going on here! I have NEVER had an issue with any other face wash.

Do not buy this product! This was the reason why my face was breaking out. I switched over to a benzoyl peroxide wash and my acne was disappearing. Now im left with scars from the acne due to this wash.

I started using this product and at first I saw my acne getting better but after a while, my face just broke out. I had acne all over my face and it has never been this bad before in my life. I would definitely not recommend this product.

This caused so much redness, dryness, and peeling that it looked like I'd had a bad chemical peel. I didn't even want to go out in public. Don't use this if you're using prescription topical acne treatments!!!!

I've been using this for two days and my acne is getting better...but it's extremely harsh on my skin!! My skin burns and itches like crazy! I DO NOT recommend this at all!

My skin was average-not too oily or too dry. After I started using this product, however, my skin became red, dry, and flaky. Ultimately, my mild acne just got worse. I would not recommend this product.

I have used this product for 2 months. I have had no problems what so ever. But then last night, I woke up with my skin itching and burning after applying the product to my face. I had an allergic reaction to this trash. Do not buy!

I love this facial wash! Simple and makes my oily skin feel clean and clear. I’ve been using it for years as part of my skin regiment, please don’t change the ingredients or discontinue.
