This product did an AMAZING job at clearing out a section of whiteheads that I’ve been trying to eliminate for years. However, for some reason when I use my sensitive skin moisturizer afterwards, it burns. My moisturizer has never burned with other products before, so I have to assume that it’s the face wash, but I work outside and it just started getting hot, so maybe I’m just sunburnt. In any case, I don’t want to give up on this product too soon since the results have been fast and effective. Does anyone know how to combat this? If I wait a while after washing my face to apply moisturizer will that stop that stop the burning? I love how clear my face is but I don’t want to risk damaging it.

This is an amazing product. When using this, it feels nice, clean, fresh and has a nice scent. It is a nice spray bottle do it is easy to use. And the ingredients aren't junk, they are real! It has reduced my acne and I recommend to use this product.

This is the only thing that's changed in my skin care routine. I've been using it for about 4 days. My skin type is on the oily side - and i almost always have smooth skin, especially cheeks. My problem areas are my chin and forehead. Since using this, my skin has been completely dried out on my cheeks and chin to the point where moisturizer doesnt even work. It feels rough to the touch and has begun to crack. I've used neutrogena face washes before but this one has severely damaged my skin.

I have SUPER sensitive skin, so some cleansers just make me breakout even more. This did not do that, and my acne started to go away. However it dried out my skin like crazy! So much that I actually got a rash from it and it hurt. And after a few uses, I ended up having an allergic reaction to it and it made my face swollen! So if your skin can handle it, use this product. If your skin is sensitive, do not use it.

I am almost 40 years old and I have been using this since i was in junior high. I kept using it because it kept my skin under control. I still use it because it keeps my skin looking younger. This acne wash will clear your acne. Howeverrr, it will severely irritate your skin. My personal experience with this product was absolutely outrageous. At first, it seemed to clear my blackheads and my pimples but after about 3 uses, my skin started burning and stinging like it was inside an oven. Don't recommend.

I keep a few bottles on hand in case they ever decide to stop this product. This hands down has cleared and keeps my face cleared. Whenever I try to sway and try something new the bumps come back out! I notice it only has 3stars but for me it’s 5+++++ hope it helps someone too

I love Nuetrogena oil free acne wash with salicylic acid! It's my go to face wash at all times. I've tried my of the expensive, fancy facewash and always go back to Nuetrogena. I like how it smells and I like how it feels. With Nuetrogena, I know that my face is clean of all things.

I bought this product after my sister starting using it. It works great for her, so I thought I'd give it a try. I have been using Proactive for 3 months and that has been working great but I have been looking for a less time consuming and expensive face wash. After using this for 2-3 days, a rash appeared on my face. I had small bumps which you couldn't really see but when you would tough my skin, it would feel like a dry and tough. I don't know whether to keep trying this product or to keep looking for others.
