I really love this face wash I've been using Neutrogena since I was a teenager and it has always helped with my skin to keep it from breaking out I even had my daughter start using it because she was prone to getting acne a lot and she had very oily skin and she uses it twice a day in the morning and in the evening and it works really good and she hasn't been breaking out and forever and I love that it doesn't leave any sticky residue on your face leaves of clean fresh feeling

I love this as a daily wash during my period and my hormones are going crazy. It helps keep the blemishes away and is gentle enough for daily use. I haven’t used it everyday since I don’t usually get blemishes while not on or before my period, but I don’t see why not. I have combo skin but mostly oily and it works wonders!

This face wash is pretty good. It definitely cleans your face especially for how cheap it is but you can probably find better. I didn’t really notice much of a difference after using it but it’s definitely still not the worst and I actually love the packaging though it works great.

I love this product, for the past 6 months I've been having a lot of trouble with my skin. I've tried a lot of different products and nothing has rly worked for me. Within a week my face was clearing up..all the little under the skin blackheads were gone, as well as the infected bump. I have very oily skin and since using this product I have noticed a lot of the oil is gone too. I did have to buy an oil free moisturizer for my cheeks tho, they aren't as oily as my t zone. Everyone is gripping about there skin peeling but I think that's kind of the point to an acne wash, how are u suppose to get rid of bumps and blackheads without exposing them first. It did burn the first couple times I used it but the burning has stopped now. It's strong and may not work for everyone but I'm thankful to have it.

I bought this about 5 days ago and have used it about 3 days. Using it only once a day. I used it last night for the third time and it was burning my skin after I washed and rinsed. After a little while my face felt like it was on FIRE! So I rinsed again and put some coconut oil on it. Woke up this morning. My face (especially in my cheeks) are swollen and have dry patches around my mouth and on my chin. My T-zone,cheeks and around my mouth are hurting so bad! I’ve tried EVERYTHING to take this pain away and nothing helps. It itches but you can’t even rub it without it burning even more. After reading the reviews (dumb me, too late now) I am extremely disappointed that they continue to sell this product with all the negative feedback. And what it has done to people. Acne hurts bad enough so you go buy a product in hopes that just maybe this is the one that will help and it makes your face even worse. Wish I didn’t even have to give 1 start.

I bought this cleanser over a week ago in hopes of clearing up some pesky clogged pores I've been dealing with for years, as well as some bouts of adult acne. I usually use Olay cleanser, but I thought maybe that little bit of Salicylic Acid would finally do the trick and get those pores clean! The first day I used it I noticed right away how clean my chin was (my #1 problem area) and I thought I had finally found the right cleanser! I only wash my face once a day when using a new product in case of a reaction, and by the third day, it was like I'd poured straight acid on my face. My skin burned like I've never felt before, worse than a first degree sunburn, worse than a healing tattoo. It was unbearable! My eyes were swollen even though I never put the wash near my eyes, I couldn't talk or eat because my skin was so dry and tight, and when I finally had to talk because of work, the skin around my mouth cracked and tore. I haven't been able to make a facial expression in over four days. I can't believe how quickly my skin went down hill after that first day of use, and I used nothing but Neutragina Acne Wash, no other acne treatments with it. Be careful with this product. It might be good for some, or it might be really, really bad for others.

I’ve been using this as recommended by a dermatologist when I was young- so we’re talking 25 years, and it’s just simple, keeps my skin clear, and the scent is always a great way to wake up. I’ve tried other Neutrogena soaps, and it’s not the same this is the best one!

I have been using Neutrogena for as long as I can remember. I currently use their acne stress scrub without any issues. I grabbed this product since I was out of a product that I used for a basic wash. The next day I used it in the AM and by that evening I was completely dry, itchy and red. It has been 3 days since I stopped using this product and my skin is so dry its flaking off my face. I have NEVER had a bad reaction to any of Neutrogenas products. This wash has destroyed my face...I am just praying it will be soft and normal again soon.

Been using it since the days of my teens. Trusted for many years and always will. I've tried many brands of face wash across the shelf, but nothing works for acne better than Neutrogena. They perfected the formula with this one. Visible results in days and the results remain as long as you continue using it. Works on acne quick!

I used this in the summer one time and it didn't burn or make me break out. Thinking it was clearing my skin, I tried it again. I used it the night before, and when I woke up and went to school, I discovered my entire face was swollen and it burned off my skin. It was painful for 3 days straight with non stop burning. It hurt to move my face. I was shocked because Neutrogena products normally don't do this.
