Have been buying these for quite some time. They make excellent pot roast. Also ground beef

Cooked it in the Instant Pot and it was so tender and so good.

Very versatile cut of beef. One package made beef stew & shredded beef for multiple meals.

These were perfect for my family which is large.  They fell apart after cooking them.

We enjoy these roasts. I cook one and put the other in the freezer for later.

Good Value

Very Dissapointed in this purchase. Once I opened the package I found a lot of fat underneath that took me 30 minuted to cut out. After cooking for hours, did not come out great. I purchase my red meat at Sam's club mostly. The quality is usually great,not this time. FYI I have been cooking for over 50 years.

Not happy

Beautiful cut of meat with the right amount of fat to make it tender.  I live alone so I cut them in half and will have the one for Thanksgiving and one for later..The price was just so cheap I checked with the meat department to ensure it was correct.  IT WAS!!
