Best meat ever

Most meat products from Sam’s Club are excellent but these two roasts were the worst we ever purchased. They were roasted in the oven as we always do. We could barely cut the meat. It was tough with gristle throughout. We had to throw both of them out. Lots of money spent on bad meat.

Weird cut, the grain ran several ways, tasted ok but lots of fat.

Used to ground meat. As expected. Nothing more nothing less.

OMG got this a few days back put it in the crock pot AMAZING!!!!!

The roast was fatty and tough

Thought it could be more tender

It was so tough, we couldn't eat it. Won't be buying anymore of it
