a part broke after several years of use on my glider. i contacted customer service and due to the pandamic, it took a couple of weeks to get a response, but it was worth it! Halie sent me the parts to repair the glider for free!

I ordered and my order shipped and received within 5 business days. Discovered a repair part was needed. The sales attendant processed my repair needs immediately without any hassle.

Directions for assembly were very easy to follow! Boards for seat and back were already assembled. Glider is a high quality product! Glider looks great on our deck!

Nice cute Bench for my front porch. Took my husband and I a little time to put together but wasn’t too bad. I love that it glides and the gray/black color matches my exterior.

I bought this glider a number of years ago and I am very pleased with it. I recently needed to have 2 of the seat slats replaced. I was able to do this with Chris's help. The service was exceptional.

Glider was easy to put together. One slat was broken, but one phone call with a friendly and helpful agent had the replacement on it's way. Agents were busy but the call back function worked perfectly.( suprize)

Purchased this for the trailer for extra seating sitting around the fire. May have to buy another one next summer has all our friends want to sit in it .

Bought this glider needing something decorative for the front flower beds but didn’t expect to love it as much as I do. It’s stylish and comfortable and glides smoothly! I spend several mornings each week enjoying my front yard view now.

I bought this for my front yard so I can sit back and glide while the kiddos run around! So far we absolutely love it! It does take two people to put it together though. Just fyi!

Received this bench a week ago. It does have a cracked slat in it and my husband reached out to customer service and they are sending a replacement board. It is just as pictured
