I love the glider. Wanted something to enjoy without having to put up cushions to keep them dry. Just take a towel and swipe across it and it's ready to use. The sun doesn't hurt it, over swings with the top that are ruined with the sun and weather that we have had. Should last us a long time.

I bought my glider a couple of years ago and one of the slats broke. Several others were faded and warn. I ask for a replacement via chat on their website and quickly received a response they would send out replacement slats out soon. Awesome customer service!

This has been a very frustrating and time consuming purchase. Definitley will be returning this bench. The package arrived with pieces strewn all through the box and hardware missing as a result. We recovered similar pieces from hardware store and then found screw threads damaged so full construction will need some type of modification. Can't even complete that for now. Lastly, bought as a gift. The one bench we could construct now after only about 3 weeks has slats of the bench warping up and they have detached from the seat. It clearly is not going to last a LIFETIME!!

In 2017 I purchased my first Lifetime Glider Bench to place in a memorial garden I created at our farm in memory of my husband after he passed away. I liked it so well, I purchased a second one for our home in town. This spring when I uncovered by town bench I noticed one of the "Rectangle Bearing Arms" was missing. I called to order one and my call was taken by Alejandro who was extremely pleasant to deal with and actually is sending me two bearing arms at no charge so that I will have a spare in case I should need one. Love my new glider bench!

This was all that I hoped and then some ! Great quality and easy to assemble.

This glider sits too low to the ground and the back is also so short that it isn't comfortable. It is okay if you are 5 ft. tall or okay for children. Wouldn't buy a second one but now that we put it together and sent the box off to the trash I guess we own it.

Easy to put together....I did it by myself....59 yr old woman. Smaller than I thought it was gonna be.
