My package was damaged in shipping and the Customer Service person was kind, courteous and very helpful. A new part was being shipped immediately. You can tell that the quality of the product is excellent and the customer service matches the products sold.

We recently bought and assembled the Glider Bench. We noticed that it was missing one of the back side protective end caps. I called the customer service number and left a message. They called back within an hour and shipped the end cap to me. Thank you for your attentive customer service.

We bought this glider in March. We really like it but your manufacturing process need refining. The assemblers use too much torque when assembling the slats, causing the heads of the screws to break off. The broken screws cannot be drilled out without ruining the slats so I have had to contact you twice for replacements. Your customer service team is outstanding! They handled my concerns promptly and professionally.

Even before the first year of having this so-called “lifetime” product we had issues. One slat literally split and fell off. And three of the bolts just sheared off. I called the company and they sent a replacement slat and three screws. Now we are dealing with two slats that have lifted up and my husband purchased new screws which will not hold. Tried gluing the slats to no avail. So now we have a useless, and pretty pricey, seat on our deck that we can’t use. Very disappointed in this product after less than three years.

I bought two of these gliders at least six years ago. They are in perfect working condition but the Trex slats on one was sluffing off 'Trex dust.' It was a long sho0 butt, when I told Lifetime, the firm sent all new slats and screws for the one glider. Fantastic response to a six year old item that is no longer in production. The slats are replaced and the glider is good for another six years or more!

We love this bench. Looked carefully at both glider benches that Lifetime offers. Both seem really good. Being tall, this one fit me better and the seat is very comfortable, good on my sore back. My wife is shorter but it still works great. Love the look in our rustic picnic pavilion.

I absolutely LOVE this glider. Hubby & his adult son put together in less than 30 minutes. It is very sturdy. Looks like it should stand the test of time/weather with the material it is made of. No squeaks, no chips, came in perfect condition. Looks very pricey yet I got for just around $200. I purchased the black & gray model.

I bought this glider years ago. The constant wind where we live had the action rocking constantly. Over time, 2 of the bearing arms simply wore out from the constant movement. I requested replacement parts via their website. Within days, 4 replacements were on the way to me along with a nice email apologizing for my inconvenience. Moving parts do wear out and Lifetime made good by replacing them.

Functional and comfortable for two adults, attractive design and reasonable cost. Relative ease of assembly with a helper if care is taken due to base and seat sections moving (gliding) relative to each other. However, after only two months of infrequent use in partial shade and no inclement weather, three seat slats warped. breaking the fasteners. The fastening screws are machined incorrectly creating a weakness just under the screw head. Also the screws are one size too small for the force exerted by the warped slats. Some of the screws broke in the middle. The clearance holes for the screws are also too small, creating extra stress on the screw head when the holes should pass the screw freely, instead of cutting into the seat frame.

Love the quality of the lifetime gliders. Previously owned three of the solid (without slats) ones for many years. Had to leave behind during a move. This slatted style is very uncomfortable to sit on. The back is tilted way to far back and it’s not very back friendly.
