Glider exceeded my expectations for quality. However, the packaging could use some work. The shipment was delayed and had some difficulty getting to me and the end of the box had come unglued and a part fell out when the Driver unloaded it. Fortunately nothing was damaged and all parts were accounted for. Would highligh suggest using banding both directions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product 3 years ago and I realized that the bearing arms are rusted , when I called life time for replacement they kindly sent 4 bearing arms for free , Excellent Customer Service !!!!! Thank You.

Bought this bench last year and really enjoy it on the patio. Tornado passing overhead dropped large tree limb on the seat and broke (3) slats. Lifetime customer service rep was knowledgeable, cordial and helpful. I ordered (3) replacement slats and received them faster than anticipated. I've purchased several Lifetime products over the years and have had no problem - enjoyed them all.

I purchased a Basketball goal and liked the quality as well as ease of putting it together so I decided to get my glider from Lifetime also. I had an old wooden one but with getting older and all the upkeep it took I thought I would get one with mostly no maintenance. This one was a bit more expensive than others I saw that were about the same but I read the reviews as well as the warranty and customer service with Lifetime and how much I loved the basketball goal I decided to go ahead and get it from Lifetime. I have not been disappointed. It was easy to put together came quickly and is very comfy to sit on. My husband and I enjoy sitting out in the back yard watching the birds squirrels and rabbits enjoying their day. Love it and would recommend it!

We finally received the correct item we ordered after receiving a table from the same company, Lifetime. We did receive the glider bench sooner than I thought we were going to after it had to be reordered. The box was in great condition when we received it. My husband indicated the glider was fairly easy to put together. He said everything was well marked with the exception of what was the back and the seat, since both have a similar curve. He also used his own tools because the 'tool' included with the glider were really not helpful. The glider looks great and is very comfortable!

Absolutely love this glider. It's solid and well built and looks great. Two people make it easier but could be done by yourself. So much easier with your own tools rather than the little allen wrench and screwdriver that they Supply. Absolutely would recommend this Product and I am thinking about purchasing another one. It's a lifetime product.

so far so good - cracked slat, but replaced within several days, swing still able to use - possible problem with one of the bearing arms, circular inserts have popped out on both ends, however I think I have fixed the problem - will monitor over the next few months. this glider bench/swing has been on our buy list for many months

Functional and comfortable for two adults, attractive design and reasonable cost. Relative ease of assembly with a helper if care is taken due to base and seat sections moving (gliding) relative to each other. However, after only two months of infrequent use in partial shade and no inclement weather, three seat slats warped. breaking the fasteners. The fastening screws are machined incorrectly creating a weakness just under the screw head. Also the screws are one size too small for the force exerted by the warped slats. Some of the screws broke in the middle. The clearance holes for the screws are also too small, creating extra stress on the screw head when the holes should pass the screw freely, instead of cutting into the seat frame.

My wife had been talking about a glider bench for our front porch for quite some time, so I purchased this product at the end of November (2017) after some research about what is available. I assembled it with my teenage son, we gave it to her Christmas morning, and she enjoys it already (even though it is winter). Assembly was straightforward, all of the parts were there and very clearly marked. It is comfortable and we found no issues with fit or finish. Although the included tools were helpful, assembly went much faster with a socket wrench. It appears to be well-made and durable. We are looking forward to more use in the summer and I will update the review as we have a chance to use it more.

In 2017 I purchased my first Lifetime Glider Bench to place in a memorial garden I created at our farm in memory of my husband after he passed away. I liked it so well, I purchased a second one for our home in town. This spring when I uncovered by town bench I noticed one of the "Rectangle Bearing Arms" was missing. I called to order one and my call was taken by Alejandro who was extremely pleasant to deal with and actually is sending me two bearing arms at no charge so that I will have a spare in case I should need one.
