For my cheese loving family i buy this, seperate and freeze it. One bag lasts us about a month. Cheaper than buying 4 pounds at our local grocery store.

Love this cheese and that I can get it in the 5 lb. bag. I divide it up into smaller freezer bags and store it in the freezer and it works just great for a 2 person household this way.
