Bought this to separate into vac n seal bags because I can’t find the smaller bags anymore at Sam’s (except the Mexican mix). Not sure how long it’ll keep in fridge but assume longer than a non vac/sealed bag that it comes in. Most I tossed in freezer since cheese freezes fine anyway.

Great quantity for price

It's so nice having this big bag of cheese in my refrigerator for all the cheesiness I can imagine! There is only one thing that I'm continually disappointed in and that is the reseal tape on the bag -- it usually only works twice. Sure wish someone would redesign the bag with a heavy duty zipper.
