I use this in tomatoes and cheese

It's so nice having this big bag of cheese in my refrigerator for all the cheesiness I can imagine! There is only one thing that I'm continually disappointed in and that is the reseal tape on the bag -- it usually only works twice. Sure wish someone would redesign the bag with a heavy duty zipper.

I buy this item often, I have had trouble using it up before mold would set in, rarely.

This is my “go to” cheese. It melts well and can be used in so many recipes. I love the fine shred because it helps it melt faster and spread out without clumping.

Cheese I used to make 2 pans of lasagna and still had some left over. I get this a lot to make different things from Mac and cheese and quesadillas and put in my grits sometimes and on my baked potatoes
