Great tasting salmon, marinate is tasty. Easy to prepare, great with rice. I've pan fried it and baked in a toaster oven. My suggestion, in order to take advantage of all the marinate, bake in pyrex. I cook it from frozen. Straight from the freezer to the toaster oven, 400 for 30 minutes. Only con is that these pieces are quite small, some are odd shaped, some are the tail end pieces. But, I'll definitely buy again.

Not too bad

I purchased the Member’s Mark Marinated Alaskan Salmon because it was advertised as "boneless portions," which I assumed meant safe and easy to prepare for my family. Unfortunately, that was not the case — the filets had multiple sharp bones in them. This was extremely disappointing and dangerous. I couldn’t serve it to my 6-year-old, and even worse, my 14-year-old nearly choked on a bone while eating. I had to throw the rest away because I couldn’t trust it. There is a tiny disclaimer saying the product may contain bones, but it’s buried in fine print and does not match the bold promise of “boneless portions” on the front. That kind of misleading labeling is unacceptable and unsafe. I hope Sam’s Club and Member’s Mark take this seriously — this isn’t just about convenience, it’s about customer safety. I won’t be buying this again unless the packaging and quality control improve significantly.

Will not buy again

We have bought this three times now. The last time we bought two boxes at once. These boxes ended up having side pieces (shapes like a square) of salmon and it tastes REALLY fishy. Fresh salmon does not taste like that normally. However, the middle pieces (shapes rectangular) tasted less fishy. In these boxes we had one rectangular pieces each in both boxes. We will not be buying this again.

Honestly was not very impressed with this product. I will say the product is convenient and easy to use. Unfortunately the flavoring of the marinade is truly awful and has a very oily film that remains with the fish. It helps to completely wash the marinade off but ultimately the flavors stay with it. Additionally this salmon tastes much “fishier” than other salmon I’ve had in the past and I’m not sure if that’s because it’s a lower quality fish or if it’s the marinade. Overall would not recommend.
