Honestly was not very impressed with this product. I will say the product is convenient and easy to use. Unfortunately the flavoring of the marinade is truly awful and has a very oily film that remains with the fish. It helps to completely wash the marinade off but ultimately the flavors stay with it. Additionally this salmon tastes much “fishier” than other salmon I’ve had in the past and I’m not sure if that’s because it’s a lower quality fish or if it’s the marinade. Overall would not recommend.

Great tasting salmon, marinate is tasty. Easy to prepare, great with rice. I've pan fried it and baked in a toaster oven. My suggestion, in order to take advantage of all the marinate, bake in pyrex. I cook it from frozen. Straight from the freezer to the toaster oven, 400 for 30 minutes. Only con is that these pieces are quite small, some are odd shaped, some are the tail end pieces. But, I'll definitely buy again.

I invite my friends and bake this. They all ask me the about the recipes. Me: I have to kill you all if I tell you. They: OK! Kill us after you tell us. I told them; but, I did not kill them because they were so nice. Dear sun's Club, Please do not discontinue this fish. I buy a bunch of them because I am afraid you may stop selling them.
