This console worked for about 2 months and then crashed in the middle of a game. I couldn’t get it to start back up at all, after trying everything. And I mean everything. Mine could’ve been faulty but the internet has many people dealing with issues such as mine. Will be returning, it’s not Walmart’s fault tho. It’s Microsoft’s.

Thank you to Walmart and it’s management for securing a reliable supply of Xbox series X. I’ve tried to buy to everywhere else but they’ve all let me down. Keep up the great work and I’ll truly consider Walmart as a first option when buying Microsoft/Xbox products. Thanks again

It's a great powerful gaming console. There isn't much exclusive games for it now but when there is then it will definitely be worth it. If you want 4k 120fps all of the time, then you should get this over th series s. Also, it has a disc drive, which the series s does not. Just remember that is may not fit in your entertainment center as it is a chunky console. Would recommend!

Me and my husband where so happy to get our Xbox Series X that we already had a new game to play as soon as it showed up! We had fun playing the whole day on this video game console! I really like the look of the new Xbox Series X, it is very quiet, the games load so much faster and they just look so much better! Before we actually received the Xbox Series X we where wondering how different at all it would be, and now that we have it we are so happy with our purchase. I highly recommend this Xbox Series X game console, it’s faster, nicer, o also really love that my games that i had purchase for the passed Xbox game systems I can still play those games on my new Xbox Series X game console. My new Xbox Series X has 16GB of RAM, and has 1TB of internal storage. I can’t wait to play more of my games on the new XBox Series X and some new ones!

This was purchased as a Christmas gift for my fiancé. He has not opened it yet and does not know it was purchased. The gift is wrapped and under our tree. I am sure he will love it and enjoy playing the new console. This is something he has been wanting for awhile now.

This console practically serves as the definition of speed. I don't have to worry about games taking too long to load or switching between games and apps and waiting for the other to load again. I could probably not even save my games at all as it brings me right back to the pause menu, but I'm more of a safer than sorry gamer. This is my first console jump in 7 years, so the high graphics and framerate astounded me. The controller feels more compact, has good weight to it, and very nice new grips on it. All this in one box for the price of a good graphics card for a pc which performs the same as the xbox. I love the monolithic design, and when I'm playing, I forget the machine is there at all; I'm totally immersed. It's also been fun playing across all generation of xbox games.

I was able to snag one the Saturday AFTER Black Friday! I was really surprised to see a few in stock. I rushed home and did the initial setup on the Xbox App that made it a lot easier and faster than using the controller. The startup speed is insane and the loading times are crazy. Loading Black Ops Cold War from the Home screen to the "Press A" CoD Menu took 5 SECONDS! The graphics are great. Not a huge improvement from my One X but I can see a difference. I love the controller. The added textures on the back is a nice touch as my hands get very sweaty in multiplayer games. I'm so excited for Halo: Infinite to come out as well. Love the console! 12/10

It's nothing revolutionary so don't get too excited, but if you enjoy super short load times, beautiful lighting, and super smooth gameplay, then it'll definitely improve your experiences. Is pretty big so you might need to find a designated spot or buy a shelf to put it on so it has room to breathe. Other than that, it's just the same system you know and love.

Right off the bat I’ve had game systems over the last 20 years from the big 3 that are still around today to the other smaller companies that shut down or went to making just video games. Point I’m making is that of the newest generation of consoles the Xbox Series X performs well and has great titles you can play on it. Specifically the Series X however has the functions of a blu ray disc driver so if you’re like me and love to still buy physical media like movies and games you get a good bang for the buck. Native 4K is a given and playing games can be buttery smooth. The rival console in itself is a good one no doubt but the Xbox Series X takes the win in my opinion for the newest generation. The Ultimate game pass also is just the cherry on top with being able to download over a dozen new games, a lot of indie games thrown in there to fluff the number up but hey it’s free to download and play, and the ability to also play on PC because of the Ultimate game pass membership. Do yourself a favor and future proof the next 5-8 years and grab this, it’ll make a great media room piece, game system, or piece to add to the collection. There’s your 3 reasons.

Got it for $363 hard to complain at that price point. does what it’s intended to do and does it well, I do think they’re skimping on the cd reader component though. Reason I say this is because it sounds awful when watching movies at startup, the sound it makes and what it does to play any movie is weird. But it works and plays just fine. 5/5 would recommended this to a friend.
