The quality was amazing and it started up really fast and ran smooth the entire time of using it. Pricing was literally the best of all because it’s more expensive in other stores so Walmart keeps it at a fair and affordable price overall. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been debating upgrading from my current Xbox 360 but, the price was a sticking point for me. I needed something that could play my Xbox 360 game discs and the S model does not have a disc drive. I am so glad that I waited and was able to purchase it now for a much cheaper price.

I was lucky enough to secure one of the preorders on this console from Walmart online. When I originally placed my order, and even after confirmation the system was suppose to arrive two days after release. To my surprise the Series X was delivered on launch day. Thank you Walmart for making that happen. The setup was super easy, and was done through the app on my phone. Everything has been super smooth with the console and no issues to speak of so far. I have the Xbox paired with a LG CX OLED TV. Everything looks amazing on this TV, and with this model I’m able to take full advantage of the Series X. I can’t believe how quiet, and snappy the system is. So far I have played next-gen NBA 2K21, Gears, AC Valhalla, and some games on Game Pass. I have had my jaw drop numerous times while playing NBA 2K21. Even the new controller is better in every way. Microsoft has really did a good job with the new Xbox and I can’t wait to see how developers take full advantage of the architecture with the Series X in the future. Anyone on the fence and is lucky enough to be able to purchase one of the early builds do so. You won’t regret it.

Having previously had a One X I didn’t have much reason to upgrade because to this day it’s a great console. Caught a deal on a Series S and couldn’t beleive how quiet it runs even under heavy processing. The load time improvement is surprising a very nice improvement. The size doesn’t fit as nicely into my entertainment cabinet but it fits. It’s the same height as my Sony receiver. I wish I could display it upright because this console is iconic.

This was a surprise for my husband. He really wanted it and getting this online Walmart was not easy as it kept going out of stock! The delivery was very bad! FedEx is not reliable at all and it was delayed by a week and a half after five changes! I know this is not Walmarts fault but you carrier choice was not great for important items! However, it was still worthwhile to see my husbands excitement. He really loved it!

They opened my package then slammed my package down on my porch I got it all on camera. I purchased this for my son for Christmas now I got to open the package and plug everything up and make sure it’s not damage. Hopefully my son don’t get up and catch me in the process. Never ordering nothing like this again for delivery will pick it up.

I've been waiting to pull the trigger on the Xbox series X and I finally did after reading a large number of reviews. Let's start with the price... $900 is a very steep price for a gaming console but if you are like me and have been gaming for over 30 years then you will just grin and bear it. Regarding the packaging, the corners were bent on the console box inside of the box it was shipped in. The unit was adequately protected inside of the original box so no damage was done. I think it came from Sweden or something because the power cord was not for U.S.A electrical outlets so I had to go on Amazon and buy a replacement which cost me $9.99. I actually prefer the slim look of the Xbox one to the Xbox series X box like shape but I understand why it needs to be this big. Regarding the set up and ease of use. Super easy set up but you will no longer be able to plug the Xbox hdmi into a direct TV receiver then to a T.V. There is only 1 HDMI out connection point. That being said the processor is outstanding and pairs well with my 4k 82inch T.V. If you can afford to pay the steep price you will not regret the purchase. Hope this helps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think these consoles are absurdly expensive. I figured Walmart has the buying power to lower the cost more than a penny, in comparison to competitors. If you sold it for $20 less than everyone else, you could corner the market on these sales.
