So any tv will work with this system. 1080p , 4k or 8k. However in order to take full advantage of this console you will want a 4k or 8k tv. TCL 5 and 6 series along with Vizio m and p series work great with this system. You can check xbox com to see which tvs will fully support the system. Compatible 4k tvs will give you HDR and everything else except 120hz if you tv is one Hdmi 2.0. if your tv is Hdmi 2.1 you get everything it offers but I believe on my some tvs are 2.1 and I believe they are 8k. None the less you will be happy and remember that this system also plays all games supported on xbox one including xbox 360 and original xbox games. What's more is that it will upgrade the resolution and give you HDR . One last thing, do not pay more than $499.99 before taxes. If you see higher prices it's a scalper and you will not only get ripped off, but will run into warranty issues . Let them sit on $15,000.00 of hardware they purchased to discourage scalping. Other than that have fun.

The main UI is just a mess. Overly detailed where it doesnt need to be, and not simple for the main features. You can of course get used to it, but its just a garbage UI/UX. That said, games look great. The new Halo Ultimate, so far, is great! It's a game console, it does the game console things you'd want it to do.

A clean simple design with powerful internals and an improved controller make for a good time. While there aren't any launch exclusives there are plenty of games to play with backwards compatibility and game pass. The console is super quiet and does not get very hot. It is faster than ever with the high-speed SSD which makes load times almost non-existent. The UI does a good job at getting you back in games fast but it might be a bit hard to navigate for new users. I've had a great time with this Xbox and can easily recommend it to anyone debating whether to get it or not.

The most PC experience to have without actually building/buying a gaming PC. It’s quieter, faster, much more simple and streamlined, more portable, and more user friendly than my gaming PC with an i7-9700K, 16GB of memory, and RTX 2070 Super. The icing on the cake is the performance - it runs dead silent while providing flawless 1440p gameplay at 60Hz with graphics that look just as good as what I would see on my PC, if not better in some games! Even if you buy this console for $600 on eBay the value is absolutely unrivaled. Fantastic console!

Really great product based on my boyfriend’s opinion. He wanted the fastest XBox available to keep up with the competitive games that he enjoys and he asked for this model specifically because of that reason. I think it looks a bit odd and chunky compared to its previous iterations but that’s just my opinion on not caring for the less sleek streamlined modern look. Lol!! All in all I think he’s pleased with the purchase.

Now as for the product itself, through the last day of testing and many more to go before my PS5 arrives, so far I have zero complaints about this console. The graphics, the latency, the loading, the backwards compatibility were all as advertised or even better. I’ve been playing Valhalla, Borderlands 3, Yakuza, and Final Fantasy XV, and all 4 games feel wonderful. Microsoft did what they said they would do and gave us (pending PS5 play) the best gaming console to ever exist. Now Sony will still rule the exclusives early on, but as for what we have today, this XSX is an amazing console. Keeping the UI the same with a slight upgrade, total backwards compatibility with enhancements, as well as having their cloud service and game pass ultimate take this console to the next level. Setup was quick and easy, even though a really large console, there wasn’t a ton of clutter and waste in the box! I didn’t have to spend hours trying to figure out what I was doing or transferring data or accounts. The minor physical improvements to the controller also made for an easy transition and I still get the satisfaction of familiarity. So far so good with this console! When I get my PS5, I’m sure it will be a bit of a transition at first so I’ll actually test more than a day but reviews on the way for that as well.

Got this on Black Friday at a very good price. This is the most powerful system and with tons of games endless fun. No issues with the systems no over heating idk what the other customers talk about it performs the way it was designed. Happy purchase

Love the system, I upgraded from a Xbox Series S. The loading time between the two is crazy. I also love the little trash bin look it has, wanted the special edition but it was out of stock everywhere. Other than that, the only con is the memory. 1TB, after I installed a few games I only have 300GB available give or take 20GB

Graphics and load speeds are outstanding; however, there is visual noise all over the screen when playing. Microsoft determined the unit is defective and the only options are send for repair (could take 2 months) or return to store. Unfortunately there's no way to exchange since these are so hard to come by. Bummer to wait so long to finally score one of these and then have to send it back.
