Don’t wait for the price to come down because they aren’t going to within the next year or so because of supply issues and all the lack of electrical components out there to manufacture these consoles. Be patient do not buy from the scalpers for over retail price not worth it it is a beautiful console and does deliver when it comes to performance but not worth it if you don’t have the tv to use it’s full potential if you don’t have a true 4K tv oled I’m running mine on a Visio quantum 65 with the pro gaming engine its the best tv before you jump into the QLED class which is absolutely amazing but very expensive some other tv I researched was the Sony bravo with the x game engine or otherwise not worth buying might as well buy the Series S it’s like buying a Dodge challenger without the hellcat engine in it. So do your homework to get the best experience for your investment. Got mine on pre Black Friday sale on Walmart.com so be patient watch for releases and you’ll get it it took me over 6 months to finally get my hands on one.

I’m happy to finally get back into the XBox eco-system after not having a Microsoft system since the XBox 360 era. I’m very satisfied with the Game Pass subscription offer, which offers more games than I can imagine on having the system for the first few days. I’m also pleased that all the games I had purchased on my Microsoft XBox marketplace from my 360 are mostly there with backwards compatibility (still waiting on Microsoft to make my original X-Men arcade game, MVC 2, and Soul Calibur to be available for download). My biggest gripe about this system is that there’s no firmware to use my old arcade stick on this system. I even went out of my way on purchasing a Brook USB converter, only to have it dried out two days later. Overall, it’s a great system. I just wish Microsoft will make a firmware update for me to be able to use older controllers/arcade sticks.

I purchased this item specifically for DOOM:The Dark Ages to be able to play the game early. I got it the day of when early access was supposed to start, then downloaded the premium version of the game, and played it for a couple hours before going to bed. Only to wake up the nrxt day and find out the the system has bricked. It would not turn on no matter what I tried. I tried different wall sockets, tried all the suggested fixes online and nothing worked. I got two hours, I repeat two hours worth of game play out of the thing before it bricked. I am going up to my local Walmart to try and get another one since I am locked into Xbox now... The thing that really makes me mad is the fact that I bought this thinking oh it is brand new, I can avoid some of the most common issues people were having with the refurbished version,... only to have the same main issue people complain about from the refurbished versions....

I dont have one yet but played on my friends and its truly amazing the load times,graphics, and even downloading is sooo much faster than old Gen Good job Microsoft

I shouldn't have bought this. I should have gotten my Xbox one repaired, instead. today's games are all crap, and I play games that are way older because they're actually still fun. this thing is basically a very expensive paper weight.

I have been online, and logged in for 2 hours before every sale. I just needed to finish the purchase, yet I am still Xbox-less. Hopefully this gets resolved before Christmas, as I am just not faster than these bot buyers!
