It's now possible to get an Xbox Series X now for retail price folks! The PS5 is still being heavily scalped, but the Series X as of the time of this review is now obtainable. I don't have any special memberships, or anything like that, and I was able to snag one. I wanted a PS5 first this generation, but paying double simply will not cut it for me, so Xbox it is! Super stoked to finally be on next gen. Get them while you can folks. This is the real deal!

It worked compared to the mess that these drops are. Must go the extra mile to avoid bots. It leaves people frustrated. The paywall also upsets but it is a necessary Evelio In these times. WM has enough resources to work with IT and keep bots out. In short, can be better but it is going to make a lot of kids, parents and gamers happy

If you get a system that doesn't work you don't send it to Microsoft to fix or get a refurbished one in its place, you return it and get your money refunded. Why would you try and get it fixed and not just wait, since you realize the first one was a mess up. Also make them give you something extra for the mess up.

Saw the xbox was in stock at retail price and HAD to grab it. The shipping was quick and got here in 4 days (2 business days cause i bought it on friday) and it was delivered first thing in the morning, too. Perfect condition for the console and manufacturer box. The shipping box was about twice the size necessary, but they had the pressurized air-filled packaging in it so it didn't move around when I first got it. The console itself is surprisingly compact, it's tall and stands out, but the base doesn't need that much space when you stand it upright. Touching by hand leave a little condensed fingerprint, but once air dries it the matte finish still looks brand new. Because there's no brick, the power cable is pretty short though so you need to have a surge protector handy or set it up in a good location. The controller feels great and natural in my hands. It's as comfortable as an xbox one controller for my bigger hands, but the grip on the back is a very welcome addition. Setting it up sucked. I live on college campus and had to register my Xbox's MAC address to let it connect to the internet, which is required for setup. However there isn't the ability to see that straight away, so i had to fumble my way through the setup process to find it. Transferring games was also a hassle; I tried the network connect but couldn't find my old Xbox One on it. Maybe another issue of being on a college network. Transferring games using a hard drive was easier, but more time consuming. It runs games great and quiet with quick loading times, and from the few that I played I couldn't even hear the fan ramp up. It also has support for an old 900x1440 monitor I had, which is great. I'll be getting a proper gaming display later. 5 stars! Super satisfied with my purchase and the setup issues weren't enough limit my enjoyment of this beast of a console.

I was lucky enough to get my hands on one of these on launch day. This console is super fast, super quiet, and plays games beautifully. Looking forward to more games to play on it in the near future. For what this thing has in the box at the size it is, the Xbox Series X is a well designed and well engineered device.

such a great gaming system! was so happy to see this back in stock! the games run so smoothly, i love that i am able to use me previous xbox controllers with it so i didn't have to go out and buy extra. all my games transferred quickly. i am just purely loving this system as much as i thought i would! was so so happy to find it here, was worth the wait.

So happy i was finally able to snag the new Xbox. It's a shame that scalpers have been scooping them up left and right, but it's awesome that Walmart figured out a way to deal with them. If you see the Series X anywhere for more than $499.99, DO NOT BUY IT. Don't give scalpers your money and let them continue profiting off of others

Finally after 2 year I was able to purchase one of these bad boys. I was noticed from a gaming magazine about the restocked and headed straight to walmart.com. to my surprised it was for the MSRP $499. I was so scared to purchase because I was afraid it was goint to take forever to get delivered or be a scam. I ordered on the 22nd and received it the 26th. 4 days was well worth the wait. I started to get a bit concerned though once 2 days passed and there was no update on my order. The only thing it said was preparing. My nerves were through the roof. Walmart tracking info did not match Fedex website. walmart said it was shipped but Fedex said shipping label was created and that they didnt have it. Once I did get an update from fedex it was loaded on vehicle for delivery on delivery date (26th). The shipping was nerve-racking but the delivery was great. I didnt have to wait too long. The graphics are amazing. everything is smooth and clear. The console itself is huge. There was a small dent on the corner of the xbox. Everything was original and sealed. Maybe packaging from microsoft itself. No matter I was going to put a skin on it anyway. you can't even tell its there. Major pro is that its so silent I can barely hear it even while playing a game. Im so happy that i was able to snag pne MFN this year. My advice: Be patient

I was expecting more from the Xbox Series X, but as it turns out it functions exactly like my Xbox One except with faster load times, not worth the 499 i spent. On the plus side my xbox one controllers work with it. If your looking for the exact same Xbox One experience with a little bit faster load times this is for you.

As of yet this is not a review because I was not one of the fortunate ones to get one on launch day even though I had it in my cart by time I tried checking out it was gone. Not sure but can anybody tell me how I can check the countdown clock online because there’s another sale starting tonight at 9 o’clock. When I was in the store one of the managers showed me how to keep watching the countdown clock but I totally forgot how to do it can anybody help
