The ordering process and delivery were very good. No complaints at all. The Xbox One Series X was, however, a disappointment. It has no HDMI input ports and Microsoft removed the OneGuide app used for over-the-air TV viewing. Makes the new device less useful. Now I have to keep my old Xbox to watch OTA TV. Not a better experience!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I still had the older xbox one and was waiting for the series x to go on sale. The price on walmart.com was the best I saw compared to other companies. The series x is so much better than the previous xbox in every way from visuals to the speed.

Amazing! Despite all the bots I was able to pull through and get an Xbox online, and I love it. While it doesn't have many games right now, there are many that have been updated to work at 120 fps at 4k, and Im loving it. Even with a 60 hz tv, it still seems smoother because its not dropping and is hitting 120.

I overpaid by $114 but honestly that’s not to bad definitely better than paying up to a $1,000 and getting scammed. Package arrived a day early fast shipping. It’s legit brand new console, came in good packaging. Console box slightly damaged but over than that it’s perfect.

Great purchase, got it at it's original price and everything came unlike some of these reviews said. Honestly after I purchased it and saw the reviews I was terrified I was only going to receive the console alone, but everything came and I'm glad I bought it from here. The box was a little damaged when it came but the console works fine. 10/10

So I have recived the "Brand new" XBOX X SERIES, it was only 15 days after the order was placed and paid for in full, the real kicker startet when I opened the package delivered by FedEx, You could clearly see that original box was opened, all 4 edge seals has been resealed and after inspecting the components it looked like controller was removed and at this point not sure if the one inside is original or not, some documantation is missing and it was not put back togheter as original package. It was on the truck out for delivery on Tuesday early morning, then it was recorded back in the same facility Wednesday around 2am and finaly arrived Wensday midday. Not sure if its worth all the hadache

I loved my Xbox One so in turn I love the Series X. Likes: 1.) Games load really fast. 2.) Games look and sound great. New 4k games look great and older games have been smoothed out. No more jaggies or artifacting. 3.) Xbox Series X and Game Pass is awesome. I can own must have titles on disk and download play lots of other titles that I normally wouldn't buy on game pass and sometimes be pleasantly surprised. Dislikes: 1.) No media center support anymore. They took away the ability to watch Live TV thru a TV tuner or cable box input. My Xbox One was the center of my media hub for games, movies and TV but they took all that away with Series X. Games and streaming media only now. 2.) The form factor of the box is fine but it's now too big to fit in my media cabinet shelves. Would have been nice to take out the Xbox one (First Gen) and put the Series X in the same spot. Had to reorganize my whole media cabinet to make it fit.

I bought it for myself and it works really well for the most part. If you don't have a high-end PC, it's a great deal for $500. It's also not a bad deal if you have a high-end PC like me, but even better if you don't because it's basically worth $1500-$2000. It's pretty easy to set up too. It's a good idea to run the TV/HDR calibration, but you probably won't have to. Just makes it look nice. It does have to download updates, but they were pretty small so you should be able to get set up within an hour, depending on your internet speed. And once that's done, you're good to go. Graphics, performance, features all great. Almost every game looks and runs better on this, even games from 5-10 years ago. It's a beast. Load times cut in half, frame rate stabilized (or doubled in some games), native and auto 4K and HDR. Seriously, everything is better on this. Now for the cons: the controller eats batteries for breakfast, and the battery cover itself is hard to take off. Use it wired if you can, use rechargeable batteries if you can't. The quick resume feature can be cool, and it can even save time when you restart the console, but it's buggy. It has a tendency to break games, especially multiplayer games, until you restart them. There's no way to see what is stored in quick resume or take it out in case you don't want the game you played for 5 minutes taking up space in it. Speaking of which, 1TB is a good starter storage, but the external storage is super overpriced IF YOU WANT TO PLAY OFF THE EXTERNAL STORAGE. If you just want to store games on an external drive and move them back and forth from the internal...well, it's slow, but it's cheaper. Also, Xbox One games run off the normal external drives, just slower. Some Series X Enhanced games also do, but it isn't made clear which ones can be, and it's not always clear that a game needs updated first. So...over all, it's a great system for someone who plays a lot of games, or doesn't get frustrated by minor issues that will probably get mostly resolved in time. There's a couple flaws, though none detract from the overall experience for me. It truly is a great system, and I say that as someone with a high-end PC, Xbox One, PS4 and more (and bought this before a PS5). If you're a high spender who knows a loved one will enjoy it, it's a great gift...if you can buy one before the bots. Or if you're a gamer yourself, hard to go wrong!

I'm in love with my Series X! I was upgrading from an ancient 360 that I refused to get rid of and I'm very pleased that I can play most of my old 360 games on my new console! I feel like I can oretty much use this for gaming, TV, and basically as a home computer, so I really only need this one device in my living room. The only downside is that this thing is a beast and takes up a significant amount of space, but I can work with that considering all it does. Very impressed with this console and would have uograded sooner had I known. 11/10

It has great graphics and fast loading times and it play 4K blu rays and dvds and cds too and I love about it it can play og Xbox games Xbox 360 games and Xbox one games and Microsoft did a good job at making the console it is a best Xbox console by far
