Love the new washer, easy to use and it does a great job while washing clothes. My wife loves the charms when the washer top is open and when the washer is done.

Seems to work OK, but the manual is useless. The washer has several operating modes, but they are not described. The control panel is of little use for selecting modes. It's far too big for me; I never have enough clothes to fill it up.

I am not happy with this washer! It doesn’t clean as well as my old washer and requires twice the amount of detergents. Clothes are a lot more wrinkled than my old washer.

We bought this washer a couple of weeks ago. So far so good. As expected the wash cycle is a bit longer but the spin cycle removes more water from the clothes reducing the drying time. Appears to clean well.

This new washer works great! Haven't used all of the features yet, but those I have used worked fine. Very happy with the impeller. I've never used one before but like it more than the agitator type.

I bought this a month ago. I was very happy I did works well cleans good. Had a front loader for many years. Still learning all the features. Happy with the performance of my other LG appliances lead me to buy a washer when I needed one.

Would never buy another lg product again. It worked correctly for about a month only…

I have use the washer for 2 months and it cleans the clothes well - wish it was easier to adjust the temperature of the water for some loads
