The information provided on this product was very accurate. It arrived to my house only 2 days after placing the order. I am very pleased.

Doesn't seem thick enough not to form cracks quickly but time will tell. I should have check the A.... site first as Sam's Club is selling this for a much higher price.

It was delivered flat, which is good. But after only 1 month it got its first crack under a wheel. My house is kept around 70 degrees at 40-50% humidity. I knew it would crack eventually, just not this fast. Based on reviews of other products, I think we can all just EXPECT them ALL to fail.

So far these new chair mats have worked very well and the chairs do not get stuck in the mat.
