These towels are the best out there. I’ve bought from big name department stores and never had any this good. We will definitely buy more. Very thick, and fluffy and large. I have some that are over a year old and still like new and use everyday. The price is great too!

These are so soft and thick! I have been using this brand for years. They last forever and the price is unbeatable. I only wish they wouldn't attach the cardboard labels with no room to get a scissor under the plastic piece. I snagged 2 of them before I carefully removed the other two with a utility knife.

I purchased 4 towels (2 bath and 2 hand) in the blue Peacock color a few days ago. I laundered the towels before use, and after using the bath towel the first time, blue lint was everywhere.... on my skin, in my hair, on the sink, in the tub and on the bathroom floor. It was necessary for me to get back in the shower to wash off the abundance of lint that was all over me! So I laundered them again... now globs of blue lint are all over in my washer, dryer and on the towels. There are even places on these NEW towels that are unravelling at the seams. Putting them through another wash cycle made the lint problem worse. I contacted Sams Club customer service at the 888 number, and their help and remedy to me was, "return the towels to your local club." Gee, thanks for the help! Now I have a big mess to clean up because inferior quality towels were sold to me... I'm very disappointed with Sams Club over this situation!

I love these towels . . . It has been quite a while since I have purchased new towels. I’m now in the process of replacing all my old towels because I’m in love with the thickness as well as the length, the colors are very pleasing as well as the very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this product and they would make wonderful gifts.

These were my go to towels, tried and true. The only towels I’ve bought for several years. These were awesome but I needed to freshen up so I bought all new ones. This last batch has been TRASH! They rip to shreds in the washer. I couldn’t believe so I actually bought MORE and they did the same thing! That’s it! No more! Quality has changed!

i bought these towels about 2 months ago and they suck. they do not absorb basically any water and they leave fluff and fuzz all over you. I have not washed them in fabric softener so that is not the problem. they also have a lot of pulls in them already, which is very disappointing. I bought towels from BJs years and years ago and they have been fantastic, i thought these would basically be the same thing but they are far from it.

I have washed many times but they keep shedding and I am finding I have to clean my bathroom more than once a week to keep it clean. I would not recommend a dark color and do not have them in a lighter color so can not recommend them at all. Other than the shedding, these towels are soft and beautiful.

I found out about these bath towels at an AirBnB stay recently, where they had them in the White color. Since I liked them a lot, I bought some in the Acorn color when I got home. I like that these towels are very large, at 30" x 58", very thick, and absorbent. And they don't shed.

I ordered five bundled sets online (1 white, 2 Silver, and 2 Zinc), each with 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 washcloths. They seemed very thin out of the package but fluffed up nicely after the first wash. The white set was fine, but both the Silver and Zinc sets had multiple pulls in the towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Disappointed in the quality of those colors. I do not have a nearby Sam' Club so now I have to package them up and mail them back. What an inconvenience.

I have been using these towels for years. I was needing some more and was excited to get one of the new fall colors. These are not the same as they used to be. They are very soft, but that soft cheap towel that will not absorb anything. I do not use fabric softener ever. These leave you feeling damp. This brand was never like this before. Even my husband, who does not complain about much, said I needed to run these through the washer on hot a few times so maybe they will work. Thinking maybe they are coated with something maybe we can get off. I purchased 4 compete sets. These were my go to towels. I need to check and see what the other colors feels like. Maybe it something to do with these new ones and the original color are still good. Maybe with luck my store will have some older ones that are still of good quality. These are still nice large towels. They just do not dry you completely, leaving that wet feeling after drying off. What ever they have done, I hope they fix it.
