The rollers helped to massage the product in but was not necessary (could just use your fingers, just wash your hands after to get the product off) The menthol scent was faint but not overwhelming. I felt a light tingling sensation within about 5 minutes and felt some relief within about 15 minutes. Overall, I liked this product. The lidocaine and menthol both worked well for my neck and back pain, my relative liked it for their knees, so fairly versatile!

Every time I do something around the house and trigger my sciatica pain, I know that I can rely on Tylenol precise cooling gel. I like the part that it has three little steel rolling dots I call them. They literally make you feel someone is massaging you. It really helps. Also, I noticed that the nights I use it, I get the best sleep ever. I don’t wake up during the night at all. So, it’s a must have product in your medicine cabinet. There was no sensation whatsoever. Mild scent, not very menthol-y. I not only applied it to my back but to both legs, an arm, my stomach, and my partner's back. We both felt nothing. Isn't that the point of the rub on pain relief? The cooling or warming sensation? Sorry Tylenol, you missed the boat. I gave it 2 stars, because the scent was not overwhelming.
