The scent is light and very pleasant, does not leave residue. The only thing is it takes long time to start working and also it does not last a very long time. All in all decent pain relief cream.

I am incredibly disappointed and frankly, feel misled by Tylenol's new "Precise Pain Relieving Cream." As a loyal customer who trusts the Tylenol brand for effective pain relief, I naturally assumed that any product bearing their name would contain their signature active ingredient, acetaminophen. Imagine my surprise and frustration upon discovering, after purchase, that this cream contains absolutely no acetaminophen. This is, in my opinion, a deceptive marketing tactic. The Tylenol brand is synonymous with acetaminophen. To release a "pain relieving cream" under that same established brand name, without clearly and prominently disclosing that it lacks the very ingredient customers associate with Tylenol, is disingenuous. It preys on consumer trust and leads to false expectations. Beyond the misleading branding, the product itself was ineffective for my pain. I purchased this cream specifically hoping for the kind of relief I've come to expect from Tylenol products. Instead, I experienced minimal to no noticeable pain reduction. It feels like a generic topical cream that could be sold under any brand, but here it's riding on the coattails of Tylenol's reputation, only to deliver a completely different experience. I urge Tylenol to be more transparent with their product labeling and marketing. If a product doesn't contain acetaminophen, it should not be marketed in a way that implies it does, especially under a brand so strongly associated with that ingredient. I feel cheated out of my money and, more importantly, out of effective pain relief when I needed it. I will be much more cautious about purchasing Tylenol brand extensions in the future.

It doesn’t smell terrible like most pain creams do. It has a nice cooling effect and it gets to the source of the pain pretty well. I just wish it would last a little bit longer. It’s a nice large bottle and the packaging is very appealing and the instructions are clear. Overall, I would highly recommend this to anyone who has any muscle aches or pains.

I get lots of back pain with small kids and this has been very helpful in cooling and relieving the pain. We also went hiking and the pain in my calf muscle was horrible. I have issues with my shoulders, and this new tube with the roll on balls goes on so easily. The scent is not overwhelming. I can feel the coolness working when I apply it on my shoulders. It does help with the pain. I am very happy with this pain cream from Tylenol, which is a very trusted brand in my family.

However, after a workout, this is a bonus. The area is covers is pretty large and it can glide across the skin.
