However. the area I need to treat is small and the roller ball applicator applies cream to an area too large for my needs. Cream has a nice, subtle cooling effect.It works on the effeted area very efficiently .

A little goes a long way or else it gets messy because when you squeeze the tube it comes out right where the massage rollerballs are . Pretty uniquely designed. The massage roller balls help distribute the cream evenly. It is temporarily effective. It has a cooling effect to relax the muscles which goes away pretty quick.
