The hose was fine until it developed big bubbles along the entire hose. Since this item has a "lifetime replacement guarantee", I contacted Sam's through the chat option. The person I spoke with refused to send a replacement and told me it was not an option on their end. I asked to speak with a supervisor and the person told me that the supervisor would say the same thing. Then they disconnected the chat. I did this THREE more times and every single time, the customer service rep would disconnect the chat with the issue being unresolved. I have called and WHEN I am able to actually speak to someone, they refuse to help me. Other times I call, there is an endless wait. The longest I've waited on hold is 30 minutes. My issue was never resolved. I don't know why Sam's offers this fake "lifetime replacement guarantee" if they have no intention to honor it.

Great buy, durability and length, cant say enough about it. Was told about it while in another store by a complete stranger...needless to say i went to my club to buy, so happy was in stock. I actually bought 2 and ended up going back and buying 3 more, 1 was for my brother.

I’ve bought and used these hoses from Sam’s for many years. I needed a new one this year and I wasn’t surprised to see the price was higher, but I was disappointed to discover it’s thinner than before. I’d rather pay a few more bucks and have the same tough hose. It used to be a good value. Now it’s just kind of standard fare.

Wasn't impressed. Kinked the first time we used it, definitely not as good as previous hoses. Wouldn't consider this professional grade.

I bought 1 and came back and bought 2 more! Perfect length for front and backyard. I also use one for my Boat Dock to spray off boat and Boathouse.

Third one I own. I just needed another one, not replacing the others. For the length and apparent durability, the price is pretty good.

This hose is long enough to reach across my yard and it’s heavy duty. It doesn’t kink up like other thin flimsy ones. I recommend.

Seems sturdy, well built. 100' length is handy for our large yard. Sale price was less than the competition. I bought two!

Actually will last a long time, years outside amazingly. It’s just that it’s stiff which isn’t ideal but still workable.

I was so surprised at the quality of this hose for the price. I bought it to replace a more expensive hose that constantly kinked.
