Great hose for the price. Have owned several and they last for about 5 years with minimal kinking and hose has very good end connectors - no aluminum which can corrode to faucets. Can leave hose on under pressure in hot sun without it swelling or bursting.

Last year I bought a “heavy” hose from Lowes thinking it was a good hose for ~$80. But I hated it. So when I saw this one at Sam's Club for 32, I bought one to replace last year's. Perfect. I love it. Not heavy, and so far no kinks, but won't hold my breath.

Purchased one like it 5 years ago. Has lasted over five years, the outside core sleeve has broken open but is still not leaking. We decided to go ahead and replace it even though it wasn't leaking, we figured it was a matter of time before it started, but boy has it been a good one. Hopefully this one will last just as long. This hose was never stored, it stayed outside on a reel.

Hose is great and so is the brass female coupler however since it is not noted I have to assume the male coupler is aluminum or worse yet Chinesium. That is bad because it will corrode and be hard or impossible to remove at the end of the season, or in my case in central Florida year round. Options are to connect the male end to only plastic fittings or replace the junk metal with a real brass fitting. If you do the latter be sure to cut out a short section of the internal rib (this is designed to help prevent kinking) so your new connection does not leak. Regrettably the strain protector is a pain to deal with.

This is a good water hose. Once u stretch it out and let sun soften it, it was easy to roll up and didn't kink.its a great hose considering my last hose was double the amount. Will see if it last years like the one I spent so much money on.

Nice and long and connected well, but kinked SO easily. Then the spot where it kinked was permanently collapsed and restricted water flow. Disappointing. Would not recommend.

The hose was wound and very rigid. I tried to straighten it, but it kept recoiling. It was also very heavy and not pliable. I figured I was looking at a lifetime of kinking, so I returned it.

I was upset to find that this hose is not drinking water safe, and i am not comfortable using something that may expose me to lead for watering food i am growing. The lead warning was hidden on the underside of the packaging and not noticeable until i took it home and opened it. This shouldnt be im the garden section if its not safe to use for food.

Disappointed, I unrolled it and stretched it out to reach the trees needing water and it kinked, waited for the sun to warm it and still it kinked, definitely not professional quality

the hose appearde great in the store. When I unrolled it i foind the the hose was pre kinked from the start. I filled it with water and let it sit in the sun hoping to cure the problem that didn't work. When i stretch it our to load on to mu crank hose real the kinks re-form making it difficult to reel it in. Unfortunately I disposed of the packaging before i realized there was a problem. I would not recommend this hose.
