Hose is great and so is the brass female coupler however since it is not noted I have to assume the male coupler is aluminum or worse yet Chinesium. That is bad because it will corrode and be hard or impossible to remove at the end of the season, or in my case in central Florida year round. Options are to connect the male end to only plastic fittings or replace the junk metal with a real brass fitting. If you do the latter be sure to cut out a short section of the internal rib (this is designed to help prevent kinking) so your new connection does not leak. Regrettably the strain protector is a pain to deal with.

I was upset to find that this hose is not drinking water safe, and i am not comfortable using something that may expose me to lead for watering food i am growing. The lead warning was hidden on the underside of the packaging and not noticeable until i took it home and opened it. This shouldnt be im the garden section if its not safe to use for food.

I don't often feel strongly enough about things I purchase to take the time to leave reviews, but this hose is the most pleasant surprise I've had this year! Was at Sam's for something else and it caught my eye. The price was shockingly low compared to other offers in the area for similar quality hoses. I was skeptical but looking to replace a hose I had bought and hated so I took a chance. Man! Am I glad I did. It took a little effort to unwind at first and get the hose all laid out and uncurled but once that was don it has been a joy to use! I highly suggest you get one if you are in the market for a garden hose!

I bought the first of these hoses more than 10 years ago. It is still in great shape so I just bought another. Longer (110 ft.) than most and half the cost with all of the quality, it’s a great investment at the regular price. I got it on sale at $8 less making it even better.

Great quality and price for a garden hose

Purchased from Sam's Club 1/26/26. The hose nozzle came off and there's no way to repair it. I'm seeking a replacement or refund from Sam's.

I was in the area shopping. Went to the store 1 day ahead of order date. They had it in stock. I received my hose. Great, customer service.

The hose kinks up entirely too easily while in use and while winding it up for storage blocking water flow.

My 1st hose came apart at the connection. Exchanged for a new one and it twists and cuts off the water easily

Turned out to be a bit better hose than I expected. We are kind of hard on them as we drag them around, has held up very well.
