This hose is good and long. I've had it two years or more and it's done just fine. The problem i'm having with it now is I can't get the brass nozzle end off. The main nut part to grab on the hose is covered by the plastic end which wont come backwards and keeps spinning. Even with two pair of channel lock pliers.

Hose does kink I have to unlink the hose while using it.

The hose was wound and very rigid. I tried to straighten it, but it kept recoiling. It was also very heavy and not pliable. I figured I was looking at a lifetime of kinking, so I returned it.

Hose is great and so is the brass female coupler however since it is not noted I have to assume the male coupler is aluminum or worse yet Chinesium. That is bad because it will corrode and be hard or impossible to remove at the end of the season, or in my case in central Florida year round. Options are to connect the male end to only plastic fittings or replace the junk metal with a real brass fitting. If you do the latter be sure to cut out a short section of the internal rib (this is designed to help prevent kinking) so your new connection does not leak. Regrettably the strain protector is a pain to deal with.

I was upset to find that this hose is not drinking water safe, and i am not comfortable using something that may expose me to lead for watering food i am growing. The lead warning was hidden on the underside of the packaging and not noticeable until i took it home and opened it. This shouldnt be im the garden section if its not safe to use for food.

Best hose ever! No kinking! Extra long! Thicker than most! Lasts for many years!

Disappointed, I unrolled it and stretched it out to reach the trees needing water and it kinked, waited for the sun to warm it and still it kinked, definitely not professional quality

Seems like a very stout water hose. I like the end pieces they help to make it easier to hook it up. The 110’ length is nice as well as I have a very large yard. I am very doubtful on the no kink claim, but in all fairness they all claim that but none really are.

I have been purchasing this gray/yellow "Professional" hose from Sam's Club for the past 20 years as the hose would wear out from home garden use. The hose I literally just purchased looked cheaper than in the past 2 years or so - shiny stiff plastic like a low end hose from a discount store - similar to a bright green cheap hose (only Sams is gray and yellow now!). I literally brought it home. Screwed it on the house spigot thinking it felt cheap and within a minute of turning on the water the gray plastic hose detached - blew apart from the metal/plastic fitting on the hose that attaches it to the house spigot - water going everywhere! Members Mark professional garden hose used to be higher contractor quality - no more. Its just a cheap green discount hose painted gray/yellow to look like the quality hose they used to carry! Don't buy - you are wasting your hard earned money. I literally didn't even get 1 use out of the $34 hose.

We took it out to use it for the first time today. I hooked it to another hose to be able to reach where I needed it and it is leaking from the bottom of the yellow grip and from the small holes on the sides of the grip. I have bought this same hose 2 times before and never have had this problem. There is so much water coming from the grip that it is hard to get pressure. To return it I have to drive over an hour. I am not happy to say the least.
