Tri-tip was excellent.

Not the quality I am used to. This was inedible. Tough and terrible quality.

was a good flavor of beef but not enough marbeling or fat was left on the meat, so when it was bbq'd it ended up very dry.

Love this cut of beef! I can only find it in certain clubs in Tennessee. It's my go to for get-togethers. Delicious!

The cut of the meat was good, but the trimmer took off too much fat. The fat is what keeps the meat from being dry.

Not quite as tender as the previous purchase but pretty good.
