Best Tri-tip I've ever cooked on my smoker

Tri-Tip is tender and has such a great taste as a roast, steaks, or cut up in recipes. I really like this cut of meat, it has just enough fat to marble it and give it a great taste. There is no gristle like in some cuts of beef. The fat cooks off of it and there is no waste in tri-tip roast. My favorite way to cook Tri-Tip Roast is in the oven, on the BBQ grill, or cut up into bite size strips and sautéed with baby bella mushrooms!

It was not that great to be cooked easy and hard to chew after even long enough time of cooking

Wish My Sam's club had it stock more often. Tri Tip is my favorite for grilling. Always very satisfied. They trim the fat perfectly.
